V-Mail
V-Mail was created by Vic Baranco as a way to support The Private Sector, an all-volunteer charity that distributes food, clothing and other goods to people in need. For a payment to The Private Sector, Vic would answer three written questions. He provided this service from 1992 until his death in 2002.
We will periodically post anonymous Q&As from "The Vault" that could be applicable to any number of people.
